Author : Michael Mersola of Keller Williams Realty in Los Feliz

Burbank California is where I call home and is my area of expertise in the world of real estate here in Los Angeles. The inventory is currently at 50 active listing currently available for purchase as of the day I am writing this blog 11/15/20. In hopes of providing information to you would be buyers and would be sellers I would like to ask you for your trust and future business knowing I am a local real estate expert in the City of Burbank. I hope when you find this blog on google or on the interwebs you find this useful and informative.

With that being said let me present to you my top five homes for sale in Burbank. Lets start with 631 N. Maple St in the heart of Burbank. As you will see in the photo slideshow below this traditional home has been completely remodeled. Walk in and you will notice the wide open kitchen, dressed to impress and adorned in white stone counters, the island is wrapped to incase the cabinets. Light and bright this room is the crown jewel of this particular home.

The house has four bedrooms, two baths, an outdoor sitting area, complete with a built in kitchen area, beverage refrigerator and BBQ for all your outdoor entertainment and enjoyment.

Asking price is $1,329,000.00 | Listing is courtesy of KW Burbank.

Next lets showcase this reimagined home located at

1730 N. Pass Ave

Located Between Jefferies and Victory Blvd this 1940’s Bungalow is ready for your offer.

This the neighborhood I call home and walk around during this time in our lives. Full disclosure this street is located under the Burbank Airport flight path. However this part of Burbank is a wonderful place to call home, our neighbors are friendly, supportive and proud about their homes. This particular home has been remodeled inside and out… as you will notice the front porch is adorned in Spanish style, a bright burnt orange door framed by a subtle dark blue wall color that gives this home character.

Walk into the home and notice the warm original hardwood floors, brick fireplace + the light and bright white paint job that gives this home a new and modern feel to it. The kitchen in this home again is the cornerstone of the remodel. The kitchen has been updated with white shaker cabinets, white quartz counter tops and stylish geometric pattern tile backsplash. This home isn’t particularly large at 920 sqft with 2 beds and 1 bath but there is room to add on out in the backyard. The yard is a blank canvas for you to create a relaxing environment for you to create and enjoy.

The asking price $749,000.00. The listing is courtesy of EXP Realty

Next let me take you to my favorite street in Burbank.

840 Country Club Drive, Burbank 91501

Country Club Drive is one of my favorite streets in town, it is a special place to call home in my opinion. You get to live in one of the most serene locations within the rugged Verdugo Mountains range here in the San Fernando Valley. To me this street is oasis in an otherwise sprawling city we all call home. It looks as if this house was originally built with local stone quarry, the rounded stone tell a story of the what people choose to work with when building homes in the canyons. I love look and feel of this cabin of stone, as a geology nerd and historian of older homes in Burbank this property is jewel hidden in the city. Enjoy the outdoors, get away from the noise and hectic pace of LA here in the canyon. Enjoy the phots.

List price $1,195,000.00 : Listed by Compass
